HARVEST NOTES

This fruit comes from a neighbouring farm in South East Kelowna. These young vines are in their third leaf and already showing signs of greatness. Harvest for this Pinot Gris took place on October 9, thanks to an incredibly extended summer. We just love it when Mother Nature over-delivers!

WINEMAKER’S NOTES

One ton of Pinot Gris was safely delivered to Niche and immediately crushed and destemmed. The juice was then left to ferment and age in stainless steel tanks over the winter months. Come spring, the wine was filtered and bottled in early April.

This aromatic, fruit-forward white wine is your new best friend when seafood by the seashore is on the menu. Flavours of succulent white peach, zesty lemon, and tropical pineapple, intermingled with subtle hints of apricot and honeydew melon make this Pinot Gris a real crowd-pleaser.
