ABOUT THE PLOT TWIST PROJECT
The Plot Twist Project is a series of wines designed by our winemaker’s need to experiment. This project is a chance for him to get creative and even a little wild with micro-batches of single varietals. The fruit is mostly from our farm but may also be sourced from neighbouring vineyards with varietals (like Riesling) that ripen differently in the South Okanagan. These wines are made with minimal intervention, maximum farming effort, and promise to be totally delicious.
This special bottle of Pinot was made with fruit grown in two different vineyards—one near and one far. Our own estate fruit in West Kelowna and some beautiful bunches from our friends in South East Kelowna were used to make two separate lots of wine and then blended before bottling. The result is a true showcase of the best of East and West and a wine rich with structure and complexity. The best of both worlds? We sure think so, but we’ll let you be the judge.
