ABOUT THE PLOT TWIST PROJECT
The Plot Twist Project is a series of wines designed by our winemaker’s need to experiment. This project is a chance for him to get creative and even a little wild with micro-batches of single varietals. The fruit is mostly from our farm but may also be sourced from neighbouring vineyards with varietals (like Riesling) that ripen differently in the South Okanagan. These wines are made with minimal intervention, maximum farming effort, and promise to be totally delicious.
WINEMAKING NOTES
Although the Okanagan Valley has a rich history in the farming of hybrid grapes, today less than 5% of vineyards globally are planted with hybrid making this wine both rare… and hard to share! Frontenac Gris is a pink-berried grape that makes a golden white wine swimming with citrus and tropical aromatics and complete with a round, soft finish (translation: YUM YUM).
