Wine Purchase Terms and Conditions

Niche Wine Company cannot ship wine outside of Canada. Sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to availability. Couriers will not deliver wine: i) to anyone visibly intoxicated, ii) unless the person signing for the wine can produce evidence that s/he is at least 19 years of age. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday through Friday) and not on Canadian statutory holidays. Prices include tax and bottle deposit but shipping and handling charges are not included. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Wine can be shipped in half-cases (6 bottles) (minimum order) or in full-case (12 bottles) multiples; mixed cases are welcome.
